COMPRESSOR OILS.
AMSOIL Compressor Oils can provide:
* cleaner compressors, which leads to longer running periods between maintenance intervals.
* enhanced oxidation and thermal stability which minimizes sludge and deposit formation even under extremely high and low temperatures and extreme load conditions.
* higher load carrying ability which minimizes wear of bearings and gears.
* increased water separability which reduces sludge formation in crankcases & discharge lines as well blockages of coalescers and inter- and after-coolers.
* improved rust and corrosion resistance which protects internal components.
SIROCCO™ Compressor Oil - ISO-32/46 SAE 5W-20 (SEI)
SIROCCO™ is recommended as a direct replacement for PAG compressor oils such as Sullair Sullube 32 and Ingersol-Rand SSR Ultra Coolant. SIROCCO™ is Not recommended for use with Silicone base fluids. Consult AMSOIL for additional application information.

~ ISO 100, SAE 40 (PCK)
~ ISO 150, SAE 50 (PCL)
: The correct viscosity grade compressor oil is recommended for use in rotary screw, rotary vane, reciprocating and other compressor applications. Compatible with PAO, ester- and petroleum-based compressor oils. Not compatible with glycol- or silicone-based compressor oils.
If you're running a compressor then you may need to be concerned about the moisture in the air delivered to your tools. WIX makes air line dryers for use on compressed air lines.

Water has long been a major problem in compressed air systems. As air is compressed it is heated and water vapor is concentrated into a smaller volume of space. As air cools, after the compressor, the water vapor condenses to form free water. Free water forms at 70% relative humidity and in particles three to seven microns in size. |

Do you spray paint or unsaturated polyester resins or gel coats in a fiberglass shop, or perhaps in an auto body repair shop?
